The skate banana has been great all over the mountain. The magnatraction is legit and holds an edge well. The board floats in powder. The shape has helped me learn to ride switch better and butter up some spins.

light and playful
this board means it when being classified as a freestyle board. it's light and playful so you can throw it around in whatever way you want. if you wanted to know what snowboarding on butter is like (and trust me it's beautiful) this is the ticket.

Best ever
First run ever on the skate banana. A slushy park with medium kickers, sidehits, boxes and rails. Felt amazing!! Riding away from everything half-ass, sticking landings an locks in on press. Huge difference from my DC BDR and Technine twins. Awesome board for me as a 35 y.o, with over 20 years riding in the bag. Makes me feel young and fresh again!

Easy ride.
This is my first rocker contour board. It’s really fun to ride. Turns are almost too easy, but it makes for a fun, surfy, easy ride. Given the rocker and soft flex, I like to use this board mostly for park (it’s great for jobs and butters). While not being quite as good in the pow as the Orca (nothing is), or not as aggressive as the TRS, it’s can handle all of those conditions and could make for a great daily driver.
