This board rips the groomers at high speeds, floats the pow, carves the whole width of the run and cuts so deep! This board is so much fun I wanna put a chair on the back and take a passenger with me! If you like hard charging speed this does it!
I’m pushing 50. Ride clickers since the 90’s 6ft 140lbs. Yes, even I can throw this fun factory over. It’s nimble for such a large board. I can’t tell you how fun these things are! You can keep your fish sticks cause this thing rips! Please! Make them again. I need more!

I am 6'7" tall with size 14 feet. I ride hard plastic snowboard boots and plate bindings. My last board was a Burton Supermodel 181 from the late 90's. I remember the original Doughboy at 2m tall. This board is amazing! It took me a few runs to realize how well the magne-traction works for carving. I am blown away. Though, those extra waves in the edges do slow me down compared to the Supermodel. The doughboy is my go-to board for groomer days or deep power days. Obviously, this is not the board to use for a bump day. You should buy this board.
I too have an og Doughboy and can testify to it's speed and complete stability but this redo is that and so much more, it's built wider, added magna traction, C3 camber dominant(my personal favorite tech) I took my new one to Baker on pow and fresh corduroy a couple of days ago and it's the fastest and smoothest riding on any snowboard that I've been on in 35 years I've been at it. Buy this board, big dudes with big feet especially...
