Was extremely worried about going from a 167 pow stick (lib tech TRS) to this 153. Rode this beast at Park City after 21" over night. Cartwheeled 3 times while jibbing around an unpacked traverse. Brought to japow and interior BC where it was neck deep. No issue floating. Have never landed as many 20 foot cliff drops as I have on this board. So glad I didn't go for the larger 159. Board is beyond sick. Waiting for the splitboard version to drop!!!

I grew up on the mountain and have been sliding around on the snow for over 25 years and I haven’t had this much fun on the snow for quite a while. I’m 6’3 175 size 12 boot and went for the 159 and couldn’t be happier. I haven’t had a board under 162 since I was 16 and was a little hesitant about how this would handle the deep pow and high speed chunder blasting. Well, verdict is in. Like a boss! From shoulder groomer carves to waist deep powder and surfy nimble tree slashing this thing performs better than anything I’ve ridden. Sure there may be boards that can suit those specific conditions better but as an all a rounder(granted j don’t ride park anymore) I don’t think there’s a stick out there that you will be having more fun on than I am on this beauty. It is an absolute resort killer. Mad props to the shape and concept that Travis and the Lib-tech crew have conjured up here. Game changer. And I don’t get paid to say so but in all honesty I haven’t had a better customer service experience than I have with Lib-tech. As a long time Burton guy, I’m beginning to wipe the fog off my lenses and realize what I’ve been missing. Insert Tech-nine “Killer Whale” song here. Haha. Save the Orcas!!
Long time rider. This board is hands down the best ripper I've rode or owned. So stoked I got my hands on this beast! Was never into directional boards but this is so much more! The Orca is the perfect way to go with this board, it's got the strength, the grace and the shape! Thank you to TRice and everyone at Mervin for pumping out such amazing products!
Got this board in 159 and its blowing my mind. It is incredible to ride in the pow and it eats up chop and mogles like nothing. On a run or cat track this board is like a cruise missile. Very stoked with it!
